Background:

GastroDirect, a network of gastroenterology clinics, sought to improve its online presence to attract more patients to its various North Carolina locations. The objective was to develop location-specific landing pages that would not only rank well in search engines but also convert visitors into patients by clearly presenting their services.

Process:

The project began with a deep dive into understanding GastroDirect's services, the specific needs of their target demographics in different regions, and the competitive landscape in each area. This research informed the SEO strategy and the copy's tone, ensuring it was both informative and comforting, reflecting the sensitive nature of gastroenterology services.

Implementation:

  1. Landing Pages: Created individual landing pages for each location (Apex, Cary, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, and Raleigh focusing on Crohn's Disease treatment). Each page was crafted to highlight the unique attributes and strengths of the clinic in that location, with SEO-optimized headings, meta descriptions, and engaging call-to-actions.

Results:

The new landing pages significantly increased organic search traffic and improved the clinics' rankings for targeted keywords in their respective locales. The clear, engaging copy led to a higher engagement rate, evidenced by increased time spent on each page and a lower bounce rate, ultimately leading to more patient inquiries and appointments.
